Antica Apple Sambuca 70cl

Antica Sambucas have been made in Italy since 1868, produced with real fruits and carefully selected botanicals to deliver complex, balanced liqueurs with a flavour to suit every taste.

Their classic Sambuca base is made with intensely flavourful star anise and a subtle botanical backing of cinnamon, fennel, bitter and sweet oranges, coriander, and white pepper.

These herbal flavours a given a bright burst of orchard freshness with the addition of sweet and sour green apple notes, delicious served as a chilled shot, sipped over ice or used to make a fruity sambuca cocktail.

Perfect Serve – Try a simple Apple Sour:

• 40ml vodka
• 20ml Antica Apple Sambuca
• 20ml lime juice
• 100ml apple juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until completely chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and place a thin slice of apple on the side if the glass as a garnish.
