From the house of Bottega, this one-of-a-kind prosecco uses hand-picked Raboso and Pinot Noir grapes in its production. Accademia Rose Prosecco has a bouquet of ripe berries and distinct floral notes.
Born in the vineyards of Veneto, Northern Italy, Accademia became one of the first wineries to produce a rosé prosecco after regulations that disallowed the use of red grapes in production was lifted in August 2020.
A bouquet of ripe berries, sweet notes from the grapes and distinct floral notes will envelope you. Packaged in a 750ml light pink bottle, Accademia Rose Prosecco is a thoughtful gift for a special occasion.
Perfect Serve – Place the bottle in an ice bucket, filled with ice cubes and water. Leave the bottle in for 25 minutes to cool it down to 4-5°C (40°F). Pour it into a flute glass. Its floral, fruity and sweet aromatics make it versatile enough to pair well with starters, main courses and fruity desserts.
