What other kind of mango would they use but the King of Mangoes itself, the luscious Alphonso from India? Favoured for lassis and sorbets, Alphonso brings its tender, creamy flesh into the flavour equation, only assisted by a spritz of citrus fruit to seal the deal.
Perfect Serve – Absolut Mango is a perfect flavoured spirit for the summer – or any other season, really. Just add ice and orange juice to keep it simple and sharp. For a bit more sweetness and a colourful sunset look, you can add cranberry juice to this mix and make an Absolut Mango Breeze.
