Cancelling my order

To cancel an order, please email with your full name and order number and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to deal with your request.  


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at stating the reason for your return along with picture evidence if applicable. Once we have received this information, we will initiate the refund process.  

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the bottle to ensure it has arrived back with us safely and process a refund back to the same payment method used when placing the order. 

Once return has been accepted into our warehouse, they are processed within 7 working days. It may take up to a further 3-5 days for the money to reach your bank account. Should you not receive your refund after the stated time, please contact quoting your full name and order number.
