Perfect Serve - Put an intoxicating spin on the classic Gooseberry Fool dessert with this simple cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml Whitley Neill Gooseberry Gin, 25ml grapefruit juice, 15ml Elderflower cordial, and one egg white. Dry shake without ice for 30 seconds. Fill a cocktail glass with ice, pour over and garnish with edible flowers.
