The secret to this fruity and versatile flavoured gin is bushels of elegant French blackberries, vanilla and the unusual botanical of black orchid flower. These are added the classic Tanqueray base of juniper, liquorice, angelica root and coriander for a fruity and elegant gin.

Inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s travels across the world in the 1830s to find ingredients for his fine gin recipes, Blackcurrant Royale celebrates the sweetness and elegance of French blackcurrant, enhanced with vanilla and a balanced blend of dry gin botanicals.

Perfect Serve – Try Blackcurrant Royale in the classic French 75 Cocktail – the Royale French 75

Add 50ml of Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale, 30ml of lemon juice and 15ml of simple sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a champagne glass and top with a Prosecco or sparkling wine.
