Inspired by the famous ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which stands tall at the Southern Port of Marseille, Rosé Sainte Marie pays homage to the tropical flavours and tranquil lifestyle belonging to the South of France. Fresh Macedonian juniper berries form the base of this spirit, with a backing of angelica root and strawberries for natural added sweetness. Notes of red fruits and rose petals provide its pretty pink hue, with lemon peel and orange blossom creating a fruity feel. A herby influx of lavender and verbena adds a botanical touch and a final wash of white pepper coats the palate for a subtle yet lingering warm finish.
