Master distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortes created Rooster Rojo as a superlative spirit that showcases the vibrancy of Mexico, taking a traditional symbol of the country, the red rooster, as its emblem. Rooster Rojo is the first brand to use water which is filtered through Mexican silver for unmatched purity, skilfully blending it with 100% blue weber agave juice to create a soft, smooth liquid. The Reposado is then aged for at least two months is French oak barrels, gaining a golden amber hue and delicate oakiness among its fresh palate of peach, apricot, caramel, and nutmeg.
