Their signature gin is steeped with sloe berries and a small portion of sugar for up to four months to allow maximum flavour to blossom. The inherent tartness of the berries is designed to shine through the sweetness of the gin, delivering a bright and expertly balanced palate with gentle undertones of juniper, orange, and cardamom. Perfect Serve – There are plenty of cocktail recipes you can explore with Sloe Gin, but it’s always best to begin with a classic Sloe Gin Fizz. To make, add 30ml sloe gin, 15ml lemon juice, and 10ml simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice (if you want your cocktail extra creamy you can also add 1 egg white). Shake thoroughly, strain into a tall glass, and top up with Champagne.
