The nine classic botanicals which go into Pickering’s original gin – juniper, angelica, anise, cardamom, fennel, coriander, cloves, lemon, and lime – are given a brilliant floral and piney boost with the addition of four native Scottish ingredients. Along with Pickering’s signature wax-sealed topper, this bottle is styled with the official Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo tartan which contains colours representing each branch of the Armed Forces. Perfect Serve – Keep with the Scot theme and use Pickering’s Scottish Botanicals Gin to create a Bramble cocktail. Shake together 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice, 1tbsp sugar and strain into a tumbler full of crushed ice. Drizzle over 1tbsp of Creme de Mure and garnish with a lemon wheel.
