Created in the Nyetimbers' vineyards of Sussex, England, this stunning sparkling wine is the recipient of numerous gold awards.   Aged for more than three years in the Nyetimbers’ cellars, this elegant wine is extracted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes which are beautifully blended to make a white wine with a glistening pale-golden hue. Created using the exacting process of ‘assemblage’, this sparkling wine is fermented in the bottle and matured for a minimum of three years before release.   With predominant notes of baked golden apples and honeyed almond pastries topped with a refreshing touch of citrus, this classic cuvée is bustling with toasty yet spicy aromas.
