Ms Better’s Bitters Orange Tree Bitters 12cl

Orange bitters are old news, how about tasting the whole tree? Ms. Better’s Bitters, the Vancouver-based bitters brand, have released a groundbreaking range to play with when it comes to crafting flavour-filled cocktails, and the Orange Tree Bitters concept is one of our favourites.

Juicy orange fruit flavours are blended with botanicals to emulate oaky and woody notes for a fresh and herbaceous addition to your cocktail. Smoky woods and floral blossom notes makes this a great addition to Old Fashioneds and Martini cocktails.

You Will Need:

• 60mls Gin (We love Hendrick's Lunar) • 20mls Giffard Gomme Syrup • 20mls Single Cream • 10 mls Lemon Juice • 10 mls Lime Juice • 1 Dashes Ms Better’s Bitters Orange Tree Bitters • 1 Egg White (OR Dash of Ms Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer) • Soda, to top

Method:

• Add the gin, syrup, cream, citrus juice, bitters and egg white (or foamer) to a cocktail shaker with no ice and shake for around 15 seconds. This is your dry shake. • Now add ice and shake again for a further 30 seconds. • Strain into a Collins glass • Use a little plain soda inside the empty cocktail shaker and pass it between the two halves to pick up any cream left over from the shake. Use this soda to top up your cocktail.
