The Cypress Bowl Bitters are refreshing and bright with cooling menthol aromas and a woodland-inspired palate. Dominant notes of pine are carried on a base of pickled lime, vegetal grassiness, and a touch of oak with mild bitterness and tempered acidity.
Ms. Better’s Cypress Bowl Cocktail Bitters will pair especially well with gin and any recipe containing herbal liqueurs.
Perfect Serve – Shake up a Cypress Martini. Add 60ml gin, 1 tbsp dry vermouth, and 2 dashes Ms Better’s Cypress Bowl Bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
