The distillers at Mason’s Yorkshire Gin leave no botanic for gin unturned – this time they’ve invented a Lavender edition.
Award winningly brilliant, this light and elegant edition of gin carries fresh and floral notes of lavender, grown in the British Wolds. Intense but not too overpowering leaps of lavender, merge with soft and delicate backings of coriander, lime and of course piney juniper berries.
Beautifully aromatic, reminiscent of the British countryside in summertime. This spirit is sweet yet subtle with a refreshing, dry finish.
Perfect Serve: Why not try a Lavender Collins cocktail? Here’s what you will need…
– 50ml Mason’s Lavender Gin
– 80ml of Premium Indian Tonic Water
– 35ml of fresh lemon juice
– Teaspoon of sugar syrup
– Fresh lavender sprigs/Lemon slices
Mix all ingredients into a Collins glass over plenty of crushed ice, and garnish with either Lavender Sprigs or lemon slices.
