The recipe was crafted in 1924 by one Diego Zamora in Cartagena, but the recipe has ancient origins, with the first romans to invade Spain said to be fans of this sweet tipple.
Licor 43 is internationally renowned for its smoothness and exceptional flavour – a perfect balance between a diverse set of ingredients – resulting in a taste which is hard to define, but doesn’t disappoint – think lemons and oranges, vanilla custard and warm spice.
Perfect Serve – Licor 43 is exceptionally versatile – it can be enjoyed on its own over ice, or it’s complex blend of sweet flavours means it blends perfectly with many mixers – try it with ginger beer.
