Formerly known as Appleton White, this blend is cultivated from field to bottle at the celebrated Appleton Estate in Nassau Valley. The liquor garners an authentic sugarcane sweetness from its molasses-based recipe, drawn from a combination of pot and column stills to create the perfect balance between full flavour and brilliant smoothness.
Kingston 62 matures for up to two years in traditional oak casks before finally undergoing carbon filtration. This filtering removes impurities and produces a crystal clear, impeccably clean-tasting spirit, perfect for rum novices and enthusiasts alike.

- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- Sprig of Mint Leaves
