Giffard Syrups have been crafted in France since 1885 using pure sugar beets, natural ingredients, and no artificial preservatives to curate authentic flavour and perfectly thick, silky textures.
Giffard Rose Syrup is intensely perfumed and aromatic with freshly bloomed pink roses on the nose and notes of dried flower petals, boiled strawberry sweets, and herbal anise running through a luxurious syrup body.
Rose Syrup works especially well in gin, vodka, and tequila-based cocktails, as well as light Spritzes and aperitifs. It can also be used to create special mocktails or add luxe flavouring to sparkling water and lemonade.
Perfect Serve – Enjoy a Rose Quartz cocktail, an elegant sparkling wine and gin spritz:
- 45ml gin
- 20ml Giffard Rose Syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Sparkling wine, to top
Shake the gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with sparkling wine and enjoy!
