Giffard Premium Elderflower Liqueur is made with real elderflower florets which are hand-picked in spring, naturally dried, and macerated in neutral alcohol to capture rich purity and authenticity of flavour.
A gorgeous golden pour holds distinct floral flavour suffused with subtler hints of honey, lemon zest, chamomile, and peach juice, well-balanced and velvety smooth.
Giffard Elderflower Liqueur be drunk neat on ice, topped up with sparkling water or champagne, and mixed into luxe craft cocktails. Floral liqueurs can also be used to make delicious cakes and sauces, a perfect bottle for creative cooks.
Perfect Serve – The French Gimlet is overflowing with sophistication but super simple with just three ingredients:
- 50ml gin
- 30ml Giffard Premium Elderflower Liqueur 70cl
- 15ml lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and top up with soda water if you prefer a longer sip.
