Giffard Syrups have been produced in France since 1885, using only the finest pure sugar beets and natural ingredients to fashion superlatively thick and luxurious flavourings to elevate your culinary projects.

Pistachio Syrup is indulgently nutty with dominant notes of creamy pistachio and subtle undercurrents of toasted hazelnut and sweet almond.

A rich marzipan quality and syrupy texture is ideal for adding sweetness and body to cocktails, pouring into milky cappuccinos and lattes, or using to flavour cakes and pastries.

Perfect Serve – Add a dash of Giffard Pistachio Syrup to a Gin Sour for an added layer of aromatic complexity:

  • 45ml gin
  • 30ml Giffard Pistachio Syrup
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white/2 drops cocktail foamer
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 30 seconds to combine. Add ice and shake until well-chilled before double straining into a cocktail glass.
