The Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitter has a traditionally sour flavour with echoes of sweet fruity extracts. Reminiscent of the rhubarb and custard sweets, this really is bitter(sweet!).
Add a few drops of this to your favourite drinks and you will have some exemplary cocktails, packed with luscious flavours.
Perfect Serve: Upgrade your “White Lady” cocktail with this bitter.
Ingredients:
– 50ml Sipsmith Dry Gin
– 25ml Giffard Triple Sec
– 25ml lemon juice, plus lemon zest twists to serve
– 2 tsp sugar syrup
– 4 drops of Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitter
– Lemon Twist
Add all the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon twist for that extra zest.
