One of the most popular tequilas in its home country of Mexico, El Jimador is named for the skilled farmers who grow and harvest agave plants across Mexico.
El Jimador’s agave is harvested using centuries-old methods at Casa Herradura, based in the Jalisco Valley. Blue Weber agave is double distilled before it is aged in charred American oak barrels for a year to create El Jimador Anejo.
The result is a rich, earthy tequila bursting with both sweet and spicy flavour.
Perfect Serve – Enjoy this is an Anejo Old Fashioned. Blend a shot measure of El Jimidor Anejo with a tablespoon of Agave Nectar and a dash of Angostura bitters. Finish with an orange peel twist.
