Discarded Spirits are dedicated to crafting something beautiful out of waste ingredients. After the popularity of their banana peel rum, this Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka is fruity and refreshing, with a hint of peppercorn spice.
Discarded uses only the best grapes within certain varietals for more flavour complexity in their vodka. After distilling the vodka with the pomace created from wine-making, another waste product called ‘wine-alcohol’ is used which infuses further delicate grape flavour into the vodka.
Sustainability starts in the vineyard.
