The Gibson Edition Gin is an unapologetic spirit crafted by one of Belgium’s oldest distilleries, Copperhead, and world-renowned mixologist, Marian Beke.

For this special collaboration, Beke took inspiration from the Gibson cocktail, a twist on a Martini which is served with a garnish of pickled onions. The Gibson Edition Gin is therefore made in a unique savoury style to create mixed drinks and cocktails of rare sophistication.

On top of Copperhead’s 5 core ingredients, the Gibson is infused with a punchy blend of 13 botanicals including fennel, dill seeds, ginger, cassia, celery seeds, and even a touch of eight-year-old genever. These flavours come together to deliver a gin that is complex and distinctive – a real treat for adventurous gin lovers.

Perfect Serve – Copperhead Gibson Gin makes an incredibly refined G&T when topped up with tonic water but is also definitely worth trying out in its namesake cocktail: the Gibson Martini.

To make, add 60ml Gibson Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, and several ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cocktail onion.
