Chase has released its own expression of Sloe gin, crafted using a range of ingredients found in the great British countryside. Distilled using a blend of classic sloes and mulberries – the unsung sweet berries found on the hedgerows of Herefordshire. This blend begins with Chase GB gin, an extra-dry expression made from Chase’s award-winning potato vodka steeped in a unique blend of botanicals. Chase then throws in bushels of sloes and mulberries, handpicked in Herefordshire, and then aged in oak for a full year. After ageing in red wine oak casks sourced from the Rhone Valley, this Sloe gin is a sweet ambrosia with deep flavours of fig, medjool dates and prunes.
