Burleighs Signature Dry Gin is inspired by the Burleigh Wood nature reserve next to the Leicestershire distillery. Here, master distiller Jamie Baxter found the Botanicals which make Burleighs so unique: silver birch, dandelion, burdock, elderberry and iris. Smooth and balanced, Burleighs Signature Dry Gin is great both for sipping and making gin cocktails. Crisp notes of pink eucalyptus and citrus dominate the nose, and on the palate dry juniper, pine, citrus zest and eucalyptus are backed up by earthy, spicy and floral undertones.
