Burleighs Pink Gin was inspired by a trip to Japan by the founders during the cherry blossom bloom. To produce their Pink expression, Burleighs took the recipe from their award-winning dry gin and infused some very pink botanicals: Japanese cherry blossom, pink grapefruit, hibiscus and rose flower. These botanicals bring a floral bouquet to this soft, smooth and easy drinking gin. The nose is zesty, with vibrant grapefruit and rose. The palate balances sweet hibiscus and cherry blossom with an intense grapefruit zest, and the finish is long, smooth and floral; with a lasting zesty bitterness and aromatic spice.
