This is thanks to its blend of botanicals which range from Tuscan juniper and liquorice root to more unusual picks of Chinese lotus leaf, Turkish white poppy and dragon eye, a Chinese berry.
Blended with a touch of lavender and distilled four times using Norfolk wheat and Welsh spring water, Bulldog is a smooth and endlessly sippable concoction which is a staple for any collection of British gins.
