Produced using locally grown sugarcane, every release from Bayou is made from molasses that originate from the longest running sugar mill in the USA.

This edition of Spiced Rum is fermented in copper pot stills and matured in bourbon casks to promise a refined and exquisite rum.

A mix of local Louisiana spices are laced into the blend with notes of cinnamon, clove, and pepper at the forefront. A delicate influx of vanilla, apricot and honey creates a sweet undertone, balancing to full-bodied and indulgent rum.

Pour 50ml of Bayou Spiced Rum, 100ml of Guava juice and crushed ice into a cocktail maker and shake generously. Pour into a coupé glass and garnish with a lime slice and sugar on the rim on the glass.
