Absolut Vodka, the original Swedish vodka par excellence. Founded in 1879 in Åhus by Lars Olsson, it launched internationally 100 years later, with New York City as its second home. Although it is nowadays considered a drink for cosmopolitan creatives, renowned for its collaborations with artists like Andy Warhol, its production remains proudly local. Absolut Vodka uses only the cleanest water from a deep well in its native Åhus, and winter wheat from Southern Swedish prairies. As a CO2 neutral distillery, they use their by-products to feed cattle and pigs from the region. Its trademark flavour, a result of infinite distillation and the use of high-quality products, is clean, rich and full-bodied, with soft sweet hints of wheat and dried fruit. Perfect Serve – Absolut Vodka goes just about with everything: from just having it on the rocks, to Vodka Lime & Lemonade, Espresso Martini and Vodka Collins.
