Our product of the month for February is one of our favourite bottles of champagne around and we are not the only ones who think so. Laurent-Perrier Rosé is one of the world’s finest rosé champagnes with over 200 years of craftsmanship going into each and every bottle produced since 1968.
The champagne itself has strong ripe red fruit aromas, high intensity and a great freshness that it is known for, coming from the pinot noir grapes that are used in the carefully mastered production process, including a maceration process that lasts between 48 and 72 hours to develop the aromatic richness of the grapes.
If you are a fan of raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, black cherry then you are in for a treat. On the palate, this bottle offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries.
The champagne is incredibly well-loved, so much so that since 1979 Prince Charles has demanded it be served to the royal family and at major British events, giving the Laurent-Perrier brand a royal warrant from the Prince of Wales himself.
