Vintage bottles use the finest grapes from a single year’s harvest and are aged in wine cellars in the chalky hills of Champagne for a minimum of three years. Brut Champagnes are bottled with a lower amount of sugar than other types.

This provides a crisp and extra-dry sip with a more acidic, floral-led flavour profile, perfect for pairing with seafood. Where a dry Champagne will contain between 17 and 35 grams of sugar, a Brut will only have around 12 and 20 grams.
