Dating back to the Frost fairs where market traders would sell you a gingerbread biscuit and a hot gin tipple. This sour will get you feeling the warm, fuzzy Christmas spirit in no time.
- 50ml Burleigh’s Signature Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml gingerbread syrup
- One egg white
- One dash orange bitters
- Fresh ginger (to garnish)
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into a chilled glass
- Fresh ginger
