No, we currently only take orders via our website. 

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

No, orders can only be placed online via our website, therefore payments are taken instantly whilst ordering.

If I place an order will it arrive the next day?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of being placed. Once out for shipment orders are delivered next day by our couriers Parcelforce.

How much is delivery?

Our Next Day Delivery service is £5.95. This is a fixed amount regardless of how many bottles you order. Delivery is FREE for orders over £150.

How long is delivery?

At VIP Bottles our standard delivery is Next Day. We don't offer a 3-5 day service like other companies because we believe you deserve an exclusive service when you shop with us. This is why all our deliveries are Next Day and charged at a fixed price. Once orders are placed they are fulfilled within 24 hours and shipped with next day service through our couriers UK Mail and City Link.

Can an order be delivered to me on the weekend?

No, we currently do not have a delivery service available for weekends.

Do you ship to Europe?

No, we are a UK based company and only deliver within the UK. If your delivery address is in the Highlands or Guernsey, please contact us before placing your order as there may be added charges to your delivery.

I placed an order but would like to add another item to my order, how can I do this without having to pay more for delivery? 

If your order has not already been sent out for shipment we can add this to your order and charge the same card as you used when you first placed your order. Please email orders@vipbottles.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order and mention your order number, items requested and quantity. We will then confirm this with you and add this to your order. Please note this may extend your initial delivery times, however we will aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.

I placed an order and still haven't received it what should I do?

Firstly we are very sorry that you haven't yet received your order. Please email orders@vipbottles.co.uk with your order number and we will aim to get this resolved within 24 hours.

I missed my delivery with the courier, what should I do? 

The courier would have left a calling card. They will try to deliver the parcel again the next working day. Alternatively, please contact them directly via the information on the calling card to arrange a specific day for them to deliver or if you need to provide any special instructions. If you have any further problems with deliveries please contact orders@vipbottles.co.uk quoting your order reference number.

Is your website secure?

Yes our website is very secure. Sites secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

If you navigate to the bottom of any page you will see the GeoTrust authentication seal with a date and time stamp to confirm its validitiy.

Is your checkout secure?

Our checkout is very secure. As we use GeoTrust throughout our website any details you provide will be safe and secure from outside threats using 256 bit encryption.

The card payment method is provided by Stripe©. Stripe is an extremely powerful and secure merchant account. When you enter your card details these get passed from the web page to Stripe, who then transmit this to your bank. The bank then verifies that the card details are correct and sends a message back to Stripe to confirm. Stripe then accept the payment and your order is complete. 

Throughout the whole process, your card details are encrypted using AES-256 and your card details are never stored on our website or Stripes servers. For more details visit the webpage https://stripe.com/help/security

We also accept PayPal which is world leading in online payment solutions so you can rest assured that you are safe.

What happens if my order has been placed on hold, despite the money being taken from my account?

Firstly we would like to apologize on the rare occasion this should happen. We will contact you let you know of the hold up and the reasons behind this. If we haven't already contacted you please email orders@vipbottles.co.uk with your order reference number and we will respond within 24 hours. 

Can orders be sent to different address?

Yes, orders can be sent to another address. Please ensure someone over 18 is able to sign for the parcel.

Can I collect my order?

No, our service is for delivery only.

How long does it take for refunds?

Once returns have been accepted into our warehouse, they are processed within 7 working days. It may take a up to a further 3-5 days for the money to reach your bank account. So in total we recommend a maximum 14-day window, should you not receive your refund please contact order@vipbottles.co.uk quoting your order reference number.

How do I return an item?

Before returning an item please ensure that it is un-opened and in the same condition as it was sent to you. Please ensure that it is properly wrapped and packaged and placed in an appropriately sized box. When sending the item back we recommend using a courier with next day delivery. Please Use the address below for all Returns adn ensure you have left your invoice within the box so we can track where the return came from:

This can occur when new updates are made available for the mobile platform that are not yet compatible with our website. In such cases our team will action the appropriate changes as soon as possible.

How do I use a voucher code?

Select 'View Cart' from the top right of the page, you will then see an option to enter a voucher code before proceeding to checkout.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, once the item is in your basket proceed onto the shipping details section and select 'Collect in Store'. The parcel will be ready for collection the next working day. Please remember to bring a copy of the invoice as well as a proof of ID with you when you come to collect.
