Bombay Sapphire is the original spirit which sparked a gin-craze in the 1980s, still loved today for its striking blue bottle and smooth juniper taste.

Most gin is made by boiling botanicals directly in alcohol, but Bombay Sapphire use a unique “vapour infusion” method to capture the purest, most delicate flavour. Botanicals are suspended over traditional copper pot stills, releasing their full aromatic flavour as steam from the spirit rises.

Ten hand-selected botanicals are used in the classic Bombay Sapphire recipe: cassia, coriander, angelica, juniper, orris, lemon peel, grain of paradise, cubeb berry, and almond.
