  1. Tropical Coconut Rum Punch

For a creamy cool cocktail, this is defiantly the drink to sweeten up your long weekend.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Put all the ingredients in a jug, mix well and chill. (It is as easy as that!).
  • To serve, pour the mixture in a glass of ice and decorate with pineapple & lime skewers.

2. Raspberry & Passion Fruit Martini

This bright and lively cocktail is perfect for that luxurious bank holiday evening when you can unwind and relax and enjoy the taste of this refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Roberto Cavalli Gold vodka
  • 1 tbsp Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 50ml passion fruit juice
  • Handful of ice
  • ½ passion fruit (optional)

Method:

  1. Put 2 martini glasses in the freezer for 5 mins to chill.
  2. Mix the vodka, raspberry liqueur, passion fruit juice and a handful of ice in a jug or cocktail shaker.
  3. Strain your refreshing cocktail in the chilled martini glasses and float half a passion fruit to garnish, if you fancy.

3. Bourbon Cocktail

This classy cocktail infuses lots of flavours together to give you a zingy taste to liven up your bank holiday weekend.

Ingredients:

  • Four tbsp Conjure Cognac
  • Four tbsp Crème de cacao
  • Four tbsp Lemon juice
  • Two dashes of Grenadine
  • Four tsp golden caster sugar

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake.
  2. Pour the mixture into Martini glasses.
  3. To serve, add the zest of an orange into the glass to add that extra flavour.

4. Coffee Cocktail

This cocktail is perfect for those after-dinner moments while you sit down, unwind and cherish those extra days off from the bank holiday.

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in the rum and tequila.
  2. Stir the mixture well and top the drink with ginger beer.
  3. Slowly pour in your freshly brewed espresso and serve.
